1. Type of the Machine: Synchro 28, 2400, number 30.72363
2. Original age 1976, totally repaired and partly modernized 2008-2009. Will be modernized further in 2013 by KSF (Keski-Suomen Finanssi Oy).
3. Produced for coated and uncoated board 100-600 g/m2
4. Working width 2400 mm. Capable to run 2500 mm wide web through the entire line.
5. Sheet length range 600-2000 mm
6. Cut length accuracy now: +/- 0.5 mm.
7. Two motors drive; Two (2) DC-motors of 50 kW, 146 A, 1500 r/min , 400 V. One for infeed press and one for knife drums. One (1) Dc-motors of 10 kW, 25 A 1500 r/min for secondary conveyor belts.
8. Max speed is now 250 m/min before the electrical modernizations mentioned in the item 19.
9. Knife load 800 g/m2
10. Automatic Non-stop pallet change basing on the chosen number of the sheets.
11. Empty pallet feeder
12. Hydraulic layboy with new back board section.
13. Four (4) Tidland slitters (class III) with pocket motors.
The bottom knives are connected to inverter in order to speed up
or slow down the knife speed for a good cutting quality.
