ITEM #1 – 2006 Besser Batch mixers 120 Cu. F.t. (3.5 Cubic meters)

The mixer has spiral blades for a good mixing of the material. Cleaning rings minimize the build up of material at the shaft and blades arms. The liners are NI hard, also the mixer blades.

ITEM #2 – 2006 ULTRAPAC 4 AAT Block Machine:

The Besser Ultrapac is a 4-at-a-time concrete products machine that operates at speeds up to 9 cycles per minute, producing up to 2160 unit of eight inch equivalents per hour.

Standard Pallet Size 38.5” x 20.5” x 0.375” (978mm x 520mm x 10mm), Capable of producing Concrete Products from 2” (50mm) High to 12” (304mm) High.

ITEM #3 – 2006 Besser Multi-Spade MS4-14-04 Loader/Unloaded:

The multi-spade system automatically loads and unloads concrete products onto and off of the block racks. It consists of two separate stackers receives pallets of Green concrete masonry units from the front delivery conveyor of the concrete products machine and deposits them onto block racks. Simultaneously, the unloaded stacker retrieves pallets of cured concrete masonry units from the block racks and places them onto the unloading conveyor.

ITEM #4 – 2006 LSC75 Automatic Rack transport system (car and crawler):

The LSC-75 car and crawler move the fully loader rack form the loading station into the kilns and from the kilns to the unloading station for unloading.

INCLUDES:

  • Screen Versa View Plus 1000.
  • Rack size 3 bay x 5 deep x 9 high.
  • Each car has his Hydraulic Power Unit.

ITEM # 5 – 2006 Lithibar S63EZ Block Splitter:

Block Splitter in line with, automatic bar conveyor feeder with encoder. S63 EZ Block Splitter-for splitting standard block, architectural units and retaining Wall block. Splits units from 1 5/8” to 12” high and up to 24” (41x305x610 wide).

INCLUDES:

  • Bar conveyor.
  • 1 ¼” (32 mm) Steel plate frame.
  • Blade holders, blades and wear plates for 16” straight splits.
  • Quick change blade and positioning.
  • Two main Split cylinders with 6” bore and 12” stroke.
  • Side knives with cylinders, blade holders & blades for 8” (203) high product.
  • 2.5 gallon accumulator.
  • Control panel with SLC 5/03 and Panel View 550.

ITEM  #6 – 2006 Lithibar Block push off device: 

The block push off device is to push one block to the other cubing line (separation of different block models).

Semi-auto cuber with semi auto function like block feed, side feed pusher, tier pusher and cube lift.
