TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Press section
This section is composed of suction pick-up roll and double felt jumbo press roll.
It has one nip load area with hydraulic cylinder. The press section also equipped with felt roll, spread roll, guider, high and low shower, felt suction box, doctor, blade, frame, walkway, save all etc.
The fame of press section is Q235A Steel welded, tempering treatment.
Each axis for press loading device is SS pin axis. And the comparable hole has copper bush to resist the rust.
When change the bottom jumbo press roll, it can be taken out wholly from the frame. All the bearing for rolls are lubricated by grease.

Material : roll shell is SS, the bearing shell at TS and DS are casting, the vacuum box is casting.

2. blind hole press roll 2sets
Double felt design, linear pressure is 280KN/m, by air bellow. Lifting roll with SS positioning pin, which insert into holes in pressure arm and upright column.
Top roll and bottom roll middle crown are the same, can be used same spare.
Diameter is φ1500mm,face length is 5300mm. Roll body material is HT250, Shell thickness is more than 110mm. surface covered with high linear pressure rubber, thickness is 22.5mm. Hardness is P&J20-25°.
Blind hole diameter is 2.6mm, depth is 7mm and 9mm alternating arrangement. Open area is 22%.
Rotary joint and cooling water inlet at operation side, self drainage at drive side, equipped with water pan.
All press roll are with ZG45# side cover and shaft, shaft head is more than 150mm length inside of roll body, and solid inside except drainage hole, to ensure the strength and rigidity. Shaft is by aging treatment, conical degree is 1:12 with inner bearing, roughness 1.6μm, with NSK23280CAK/W33.bearing uninstall by hydraulic, fasten by bolt.
All press roll is through dynamic balance test.
3. Frame
Frame is welded box type,
thickness more than δ≥25-50mm
including
main frame,
distance beam,
upright columns which have been treated by tempering.
Stainless steel cladding, (thickness1.5mm)
4. walkway
Operation Side, Drive Side and Crosswalk
stairs,
walkway
handrail.
Handrail at TS is plug-in type, for convenient changing of the felt.
All walkways are by SS checker plate.
5. save all
Installed under bottom press roll and between beams, to collect water from press roll and felt.
Material is SS thickness is 2mm,
outlet diameter is φ142×4mm.
6. high pressure shower φ89×8 2sets
Shower pipe isφ89×8 by SS.
Two nylon wheels are at two side of support bracket.
Shower head distance is 120mm, and with φ1mm needle shape nozzle.
Two side of shower pipe is block by nuts, convenience fot cleaning.
Water pressure ≥2.0Mpa
7. low pressure shower 2sets
Diameter is φ76×6mm by SS,
nozzle width 0.6mm,
water pressure 0.5Mpa.
jet angel is 65°.
8. single slot and double slot suction box each 2 sets
Each felt will pass through a single suction box and double suction box after cleaning.
The box body is welding by SS thickness is more than 10mm.
Suction box cover is ceramic mounted on UHDPE.
Face length is 5300mm,
width is 5000mm.
single slot width is 14mm,
double slot width is 10.5mm.
Suction box body supported by two brackets, angel and level position could be micro adjusted.
Suction box outlet is at drive side, there are Z-100 vacuum meter and vacuum adjustment plug screw at TS.
9. felt rollφ410×5500mm according to design
Roll body is Q235A steel pipe and thickness is 18mm.
Surface covered, the thickness is 10mm, hardness is A”98°±2.
Shaft is 45# steel, with tempering and hardness treatment, conical degree is 1：12, roughness is 1.6μm, bearing is 23222CK.
10. felt concave roll φ410×5500mm 2sets
Roll body is Q235A teel pipe and thickness is 18mm.
Surface covered,
the thickness is 10mm,
hardness is A”98°±2.
Shaft is 45# steel,
with tempering and hardness treatment,
conical degree is 1：12,
roughness is 1.6μm,
bearing is 23222CK.
11. Electrical stretcher 2 sets
There are two electrical stretcher for two felts,
it consists of motor,
worm gear,
rail,
guide screw,
bearing house,
shaft,
wheel,
sensor,
spring and etc.
Stretcher is driven by motor and worm gear.
Copper flexible is installed on SS guide screw, together with bearing house.
There are limit switch at two side of rail at drive side, to protect stretcher.
12. felt guide 2sets
Felt guide is single side air cylinder type.
13. felt roll doctor 2sets
There is one doctor device on the felt roll before felt cleaning for each felt.
It consists of
bracket,
doctor holder,
lifting device and
fine fiber collector.
Doctor holder is welded,
material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti welded SS,
thickness is more than 10mm
tempering treatment.
Lifting device is eccentric wheel structure.
Doctor blade is EP.
Drive section
Each drive point consist of
one AC frequency motor, (Motor is AC frequency ,1500rpm, 380V and 50HZ, F class)
one gear box,
universal joint,
coupling
foundation plate.
