Project-Led Approach – Why is it Required /

For a major relocated paper machine, the success of the transaction depends not only on the quality and value of the machinery, but also on the buyer’s confidence that the machine can be safely dismantled, relocated, erected, commissioned and brought into stable production.

Original equipment manufacturers may not always be commercially aligned with a used-machine relocation project, particularly where the same buyer could be a prospect for a new machine. For this reason, Saxon Machinery has developed an independent project-led approach capable of giving buyers practical support without relying exclusively on OEM participation.

This approach is intended to reduce buyer uncertainty and to help protect the commercial value of the asset by demonstrating that a credible implementation route exists.
