This tissue machine can be set as an Atmos machine or as a conventional dray crepe machine , This tissue machine can operate in either Atmos mode or as a conventional dry crepe machine, maintaining the same production capacity of 240 tpd.

Technology Overview

The ATMOS machine is engineered for versatility, allowing for easy transitions between producing premium tissue and standard tissue. It has demonstrated operational simplicity and robustness, enabling efficient production with both virgin and 100% recycled fibers.

Energy Efficiency

Energy costs have significantly increased in recent years, impacting production expenses and profit margins for tissue producers. In response, Voith has developed the ATMOS technology, which enables production of standard to premium tissue with up to 60% lower energy consumption per ton compared to other market technologies.

Fiber Savings

Fiber is the most significant contributor to a tissue mill’s production costs.
