SM2099 - DEWATERING SYSTEM, SALTEC, 1,800mm, 10m3/hr
Includes the belt press (model HP 2.20) and a pre-watering module RF 9-2.
The pre-watering module is mounted on the press. Sludge water is moved to two rotating screen-drums, each with diameter 600 mm, and 1800 mm long. Internally each drum has a stainless steel ribbon. Screen is made of polypropylene net. Every drum is driven by electric motor 0.37 kw/ 50 hz/ 1400 rpm and by reducer with ratio 6.51. Liquid phase discharge by verticals channels. Solids are fed to belt press.
Working width of the belt press is 2000 mm. Working length has three sections: drainage zone – 2400 mm, low pressure zone 2300 mm, high pressure zone 4900 mm. Working speed of belt from 1.5 m/min up to 7.5 m/min. Total length of belts: 13.30 m and 11.30 m. Belts are driven by stainless steel rolls (AISI 312) driven by electric motor with power 2.2 kw/ 50 hz/ 1430 rpm. System includes electric control panel, screw conveyers, pedestal and stairs, two spare belts. All contact parts and housing plates are made of stainless steel. Frames made of galvanized carbon steel. Minimal pressure of dewatering 5 bar with reported output 10 m3/h. Pressure on belt is hydraulically adjustable.
