SM0827 - 2650 mm, Paper machine, Papcel, 300 m/min, 30-120 gsm, 200 l/sec , 10,000-28,000 TPY,

Built 1986 by Papcel for production of sulphate technical papers. PM was rebuilt for printing papers and later for wrapping paper, including high rafined papers ( parchment ).

Annual production capacity – 10,000t/year – 28,000t/year – 80% of capacity utilization

Raw material using – primary virgin fibers, and secondary fibers – waste paper.

Range of gsm – 30 – 120gsm

1998 – reconstruction of headbox, changing od dewatering elements, for ceramic boxes.
- Changed approach flow system – new screener PK200,
- Installation of suction box TRIVAC,
- new drive of PM
- This reconstruction increased the speed to 300m/min
2003 – Flotation unit INKOS
2006 – changed steam condens systém
2010 – full covered hood installed, ABB controll systém of headbox, new spreaded roll for a rewinder, with controlling of crowning
2010 big fire of PM. After that was made full repairs of PM, changed wire foills for Robaglass solution
