Rewinder for Tissue equipped with 2 independent unwinds
This machine was bought and started production in 2016. Since then, several improvements have been made, such as improved hydraulic clamps on the unwinder, the possibility of adjusting speed of all motors independently, and higher stability and less vibrations of the whole structure.
This has achieved increased quality and higher speed.

Slitting system «Mario Cotta» N°7 cutting groups (2 trims + 5cuts)
Min cut : 40cm
Positioning by the operators which, acting on the pinion present on the bracket of the knife holder, will move the slitting group. The positioning precision is guaranteed by the use of linear rail together with ball bearing carriers brackets
The trims are sent by vacuum to the to the bale press for recycling
Plugs are inserted in the parent rolls by the operator using an electric carriage.
The reels are kept firmly in place while unwinding thanks to an improved hylaulic clamp. This allows higherspeed and stability.
Rewound reels and reels directly from tissue machine are conveyed with a shaft to the wrapper
