0.1 INTRODUCTION

As primary manufacturers of needle felts and filter bags, our products can be used across industries such as cement, steel, boilers, part ole recovery, asphalt hot mix plants etc., for a wide variety of applications. We have two manufacturing plans in Vadodara and Bangalore and over 36% of our production of filter bags is exported to customers across 27 countries. Our needle felt production technique is unique, where the sophisticated textile fiber handling machinery processes microfibers. These microfibers provide a high degree of filtration efficiency, that results in low emissions, low pressure drop, and provides longer bag lIFe.

MASTURLAL POLY BAG

A: POLYESTER BAGS

These filter bags can be used m various industries to trap dust particles. The most versatile, cost effective and widely used filter medium for dust collection, Polyester is strong, abrasion resistant and can work up to 150 C. It also has good resistance to common acids, solvents and oxidizing agents.Microfiber* polyester felts are capable of very low emissions due to their very fine cross section, which means the felt has many more fibers per square area, the openings being relative smaller in size. We can provide you with bags starting from 550 gsm upwards.


MASTURLAL ACRYLIC BAG

B: ACRYLIC BAGS

Homopolymer acrylic needle felts and tilter bags are used for chemically aggressive dusts until 135 C. Essentially made from 100% acrylonitrile polymer, Homopolymer acrylic fibres resistance to acidic and alkaline dust gases is relatively high and also has anti-oxidation and hydrolysis resistance properties.

MASTURLAL RYTON BAG

C: RYTON

Polyphenylene sulphide or PPS fibre tilter bags are mainly used in chemically aggressive gases at elevated temperatures such as coal-fired boilers and chemical plants. With PTFE fibre impregnation in batt and collection surface, our PPS felts provide excellent chemical resistance as well as permanent dust cake release properties. Thermal resistance exceeds 180 C, until 200 C. We can provide you with bags starting from 550 gsm upwards. 



MASTURLAL META A BAG

D: META ARAMID (EG NOMEX ETC)

Poly-meta-phenyleneisophthalamide or Meta Aramids) fiber Hlter bag works efficiently at high temperature, up to 200 C, and until 240 C with impregnation of basalt, and other thermally resistance Hoers. Meta Aramid is largely fire retardant. Meta Aramid Wlter bags are also highly abrasion resistant. Its irregular shaped fibers offer low pressure drop values. We can provide you bags with 550 gsm and upward.


E: ANTISTATIC

Static charges are a problem in handling many types of dusts and can cause explosions and bag house fire. For example, the dust in flour, chemical and coal industries are susceptible to static charges. In de-dusting application of these dusts, the bags should be earthed to the bag filter, and the felt should be static charge conductive. We impregnate carbon fibers blended into the felt to continuously earth static charges.

Our filter bag tops with snap bands are fitted withSnaptex, a oombmed woven/braided double-beaded" leak-free gasket tape, that completely seals the bag top against any leakage from the cell plate. An in-house development, Snaptex is produced on special-indent

F. AIR SLIDE & AIR SLIDE ‘AREO 6’

Our design of the needlefest air slide felt overcomes problems of fluidity in traditional air slide fabric. The Aero 6 offers far less resistance to dust flow, lower power consumption by demanding lower air flow, and depending on dust chemical properties, the top layer of para- or meta- aramod fibers can be impregnated so that thermally aggressive particles do not damage the fabric surface.
