PACKAGING TECHNICAL CHARATERISTICS
The Fabio Perini industrial roll packaging, powered by DM Pack, includes:
STATION N°1: ROLL UPENDER
Rolls of Tissue paper coming from the machine in horizontal-laying down position will be overturned and put in vertical position, to be prepared for grouping.
This unit, called also product’s up righter, allows to get the rolls ready in vertical –standing up position, before handling and grouping.
With servo motor to control the product during all the 90° rotation movement. Side motorised guides in the in feed and exit to ensure stability

STATION N°2:
MULTIPACK FORMER WITH Z SYSTEM double pusher
SINGLE ROLLS, arriving in line in vertical position after roll upending station, will be driven properly to the front of the motorized pusher that will arrange them into multipack and push them upfront to the packaging machine .
STATION N°3:STAR EVO 800 INT MOTION: FULLY AUTOMATIC WRAPPING MACHINE, SIDE SEALING 3 BELTS

The machine is complete with three belts: the first of entry where the product is loaded; the second belt in which the product is wrapped in the film which is laterally welded and subsequently cut and welded in the front and back by a sealing bar placed between the central belt and a discharge belt. In fee belt with motorized triangle inverting head to open center folded film.
Central belt with side sealing and Output belt where the sealing bar is located. The machine can work with center Folded Film (for working with Flat Film, Center Folding machines are available in our machine’s portfolio )
The machine can work with all types of films available on the market Polyolefin films, Polythene, Polypropylene, laminates and Barrier films with optional welding system.
SPEED
The performance of the machine may change due to the thickness of the film and the stability of the products. The machine can pack a large variety of products even of very different sizes.
The maximum size of the product is given by the film reel that the machine carries, whose
development around the product must not exceed the width of the reel itself.
MACHINE OPERATION
The main function of the machine is to automatically wrap the products with film and shrink them if requested, products can be loaded manually or automatically on the machine.
The single-fold film is opened on the loading belt of the machine and welded around the product on the second belt where the film is laterally welded and then closed front and back from the sealing bar in the exit belt. A photocell detects the length of the product and allows the packaging of products of different shape and length .The product is closed and welded on the 3 sides, the excess film is recovered from the collecting system or in some cases it can also be left on the product, at will the product can subsequently be heat- shrunk by a built-in / compact tunnel or a separate multi-chamber tunnel.

Note
Remote assistance is supplied standard on all new lines. It is an optional only on machines which can be sold individually and installed on a line which does not have this feature. If the scope of supply includes more than one of such machines (namely log saws and corewinders), the option should be included only once.
