DESCRIPTION:

One eight and six-wide right hand tender (paper moving away) automatic facial tissue inter folder for the production of two-ply or three-ply interfolded clean cut tissue wihich is delivered in a line to a plybonding station before entering the folding head. utilising two (2) webs with two cutff stations, the facial tissue single fold inter folder fficiently cuts and folds the sheets to produce interleaved facial tissue. The automatic separator counts, separates, and transfers the product onto the primary reject station where the product can be rejected or loaded onto a conveyor. At this point, the product is transferred to a log accumulator. The log exits the accumulator on to a conveyor before entering the logs. Depending on the downstream equipment, both flat and cube type grades can be produced.
