4.5 TPH BOILER (x2) Robey, 10,000 lbs/hr @ 100psi (4500kg/hr)
A well maintained Wellman Robey Steam Boiler House Installation, complete with all of the associated support equipment from a former GKN production facility.
The boiler house installation comprises primarily of two Wellman Robey Lincoln boilers with fitted Harmworthy dual fuel fully modulating burners rated continuously at 10,000 lbs/hr @ 100psi (4500kg/hr).
The maintenance of this boiler has been thorough, by way subcontract full time attended duty where daily checklist manifests, six monthly service and twelve monthly inspection were carried out.
This package is offered with a hot feed tank which was used to pre-heat the incoming feed waters and treat them with softeners and chemical dosing to provide an optimum supply

- MFC multi functional controller
- Monitor/recording station including outside temperature, feed water temperature, steam flow, CO² flue level, and flue gas temperature.
