PAPER MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The paper machine processing line consists of a plant starting from cellulose alone, produces tissue paper mainly from virgin fibre, there is also a line consisting of a screen one and CH7 to treat selected white pulp, office, printout.

The industrial line comprises the following stages of processing.

  • Pulp preparation for virgin fibre.

Crescent Former continuous machine.

The paper machine plant was originally designed and built for paper production by double jet headbox, then modified to be used with a single layer by replacing the headbox with a single jet from the ST machine company. The plant was born in Crescent Former configuration. The plant has two pulp preparation lines with a single pulper for the processing of FL and FC separated, then mixed together. The mixing takes place in the mixing tank by means of a automatic valve and FT system, a pulper trimming line is also installed UTM.

The water treatment system

The vacuum system

Boiler and Steam System paper machine

The electrical system

Both plants are equipped with the DCS paper quality control system Fomat with nuclear and infrared source of 2013 for paper machine. In the Pulpers cabin are low LV switchboards

The air conditioning system for paper machine electrical substations
